#10  UNITED PHOTO INDUSTRIES/ PHOTOVILLE

Since 2016, we have been working together with United Photo Industries, Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Dumbo community to offer a free photo event to the public for two weeks every September. Recently, we had to pleasure to bring this event to Los Angeles at the Annerberg Foundation.

Photoville NY is a 90+ photography village of shipping containers, located currently every September - previously at the Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5 Uplands and now for the past three years directly under the Brooklyn Bridge. It is the mission of UPI to promote a ‘wider understanding and increased access to the art of photography. Proudly devoted to cultivating strategic partnerships, creative collaborations, and community spirit, UPI approaches its mission of cultivating a wide, diverse audience for powerful photographic narratives.’ 

We are proud to be involved with Photoville and UPI - Kit von Dalwig is part of the newly formed Board of Directors.
