Located in the beautiful Beaverkill Valley, this new single-family residence will be located on a sprawling 77-acre property. Under the auspices of the Beaverkill Land Trust, and collaboration with the clients, the design and new build will encourage and establish a respect to the land and the views while fully tapping into positional and programmatic potential of house and land.
